Buffalo Mac

Pretty good sandwich overall with seitan chicken and Mac n cheese. It's kind of

a fork and knife sandwich, hard to fit a bite of all the goodness in. My bf ordered the bbq sandwich similar to this and I preferred that to this, but I still enjoyed this. The seitan chicken is pretty thick, but has good buffalo flavor, pairs well with the cheesy Mac.

happy combo. It's a mouth party, and you don't want to miss it. Perfect amount of sauces and yumminess. Reheats well in oven.

I die a little bit every time I eat this because of how insanely delicious.

The bun, mac, patty & mayo? I miss it already. I suppose I should've expected

it, but I didn't care much for the amount of buffalo sauce. The sauce is good, don't get me wrong, but it can make it hard to taste the other flavors. I'd probably ask them to go light on the buffalo sauce, or remove it entirely and double up on the mayo the next time I have it. Still a 8/10 burger in my book.

(Update: asked for light Buffalo sauce. I'd sell my soul for this burger now)

This buffalo mac sandwich is delicious. Seitan chicken, mac n cheese, ranch, pickles on a

toasted pretzel bun with ranch sauce. This is seriously one of the best things I've had. I love their mac n cheese! #ditchdairy
