Seitan Schnitzel

The schnitzels were pretty good, I like that they serve them with lemon, combo tastes good. I asked for a “doggy bag” to take home my leftovers and the container is plastic but it says on the bottom that it’s recyclable.

Schnitzel (more or less) made out of seitan with potatoes side dish. Tasty and not dry at all.
