Seitan Ribs

These were delicious, meaty and juicy seitan with a great texture and the BBQ sauce was just the right amount of sweet. They came with a fresh slaw too (see second pic)

Tasty and mellow seitan made by Jimmy's Street food lab for Mopa restaurant. Maybe too mellow for calling it "ribs" but really good anyway #groingroin
