Seaside Penicillin

This was a good drink, and the scotch worked well with the fruity flavor of the pineapple. The garnish was a candied pineapple slice. I feel like pineapple usually gets mixed with a rum or vodka, but I am not very knowledgeable about alcohol. Either way, it worked.
