I was walking around Old Montreal the other day with a friend and we just
stopped into this place because they had a very nice looking terrace. I didn’t do any research before hand upon walking in. Turns out this restaurant as the name suggests, “SeaSalt,” carries all fish dishes. EXCEPT, for this one salad, called the “Vegan Salad.” It was super lucky. I think this goes to show that the world is slowly evolving. Everything on the menu had fish except for this one salad, which they didn’t have to have at all. But they do, because veganism is rising. The waiter asked if I was actually vegan and said he tried it for two weeks and was the hardest thing he’s done. I told him if he put his mind to it and thinks about the animals who suffer behind all these closed walls that our human eyes do not see, it will be much easier. We spoke about documentaires too and he seemed very open minded to watching the ones I recommended. Go world 🌎 Slow and stead will win the race !
