Sweet dreams with this superb vegan #mousse au #chocolat by one of the most friendly restaurants in Zürich, Samses. There is not much to say about this #dessert but that it is dream material! Chocolate for the taste, roasted nuts for the crunch and apple slices for the health.
I don't know if this delicious mousse is a creation of the owner Ornella or of the nice cook employed there, also a woman. In any case, thank you to both of you ladies!
