The new vegan options at Schnitz are really good. The schnitzel itself is made of

veggies and the vegan mozzarella for the Parma was very melty and tasty. For only $15 it’s a good quick option.

This shnitzel is great, it’s not mock meat it’s a veggie patty , but it’s

crispy and delicious, the cheese isn’t the greatest, but overall super good.
