Oh my word, this French toast was delicious! It actually wasn't too sweet, and there was a strawberry coulis on the side to drizzle all over. And topped with coconut whipped cream. Seriously good!

Happy to report that this dish is not to sweet. Could have been overdone  but I'd say it's just about on the money
