Zalmon

Got this and the previous 2 sushis as part of their nigiri set (pic 2)!

Tbh I had high hopes but was mainly disappointed so maybe I should lower my expectations next time to avoid disappointment

I haven't had salmon for the past year so the closeness this tastes to actual salmon according to me may be inaccurate but I found that this tastes pretty similar to salmon without the sliminess of raw fish!
