Crispy, soft and makes a great appetiser. Looks like minced meat inside.

Skin thickness is just right. Delicious filling and tasty sauce! #veganisnotscary

This was a very average gyoza. Although the skin was nice, but the filling was rather bland and not satisfying.

Another of our favourite dish for lunch today! Vegan gyoza is still really rare in Singapore and I was expecting these gyoza to be stuffed with bland veggies but it pleasantly surprised me with some chunky omnimeat-like texture! Not sure if there really is omnimeat though, doubt it.
