Argh I was going for a before-and-after shot with this #sarawak #laksa, but clearly once the creamy broth went in I clean forgot 😔 Cruelly it was the broth that made this more than anything on the #noodles side of the equation, a real #hailsantan testament 🙂 They were super generous with their ingredients, loads of #taugeh, julienned #carrot, battered #oystermushroom, and #taupok 😋😋 My only complaint was that they made me go fishing for the #evilweed 😒 That coriander shit belongs in a separate sachet or pouch (or maybe just the bin somewhere?) really 🙄
