Yummy ang ku kueh! Soft and gelatinous casing, stuffed to the brim with bean paste! Savoury and sweet

Classic stuff! For Ang Ku Kueh I only like salted bean because of the balance between sweet and savoury. There’s some pepper on it too that gives an elevated taste! #veganuary

Salted bean ang ku kuehs have a black sesame skin and they contain fried shallots!! They are also a tiny bit spicy which adds on to the flavour! (Dk if I went to Everton Park to do project or review ang ku kuehs anymore but the ang ku kuehs were worth it!
