Salt Baked Celeriac, Wild Mushrooms, New Potatoes, Broccoli

Really nice although the celeriac was maybe a little salty for me, however I was so full up by this course that I maybe appreciated it less than I otherwise would have done! This was the third of four courses of a wedding meal so was the perfect size #willows
