Salmon Wasabi Bowl

I absolutely loved this dish and eating at the Vegan Temple Bar in Amsterdam. I had a pretty late lunch so I found the place not too crowded. The waiters were all super nice and the experience there is really recommended. They have an amazing menu with tons of options but I really wanted to try this one with salmon as I had never had it before. Well the whole dish was amazing, filling and very good. This vegan salmon has the exact texture of real one, the taste is not exactly the same id eaten alone. If eaten all together is difficult to tell the difference.
