I knew the food at Blossom was supposed to be good, but I didn’t know it was THIS good.
The char-grilled, beet marinated tofu was drizzled with a dill mayo and served over sautéed broccolinni and black rice. I had to keep checking the tofu to make sure it wasn’t actually fish. The entire plate was a delicious marriage of tastes and textures. BTW, I had it with a lovely French dry Rosè -perfection.
My entree, dessert and glass of wine, came to $60 including a nice tip.
