A nice satisfying meal with black beans, chickpeas, spinach and yummy crackers. A bit spicy. I thought it came with the Impossible topping, labelling was not clear...

I found El Chulo to be a perfectly well-balanced meal that was flavourful and

filling! With the quinoa, black beans, and chickpeas scattered throughout the bowl, I didn't even notice the absence of meat. #vegbuddies @herbimetal
