Salad Bar

I'm convinced that Alchemy has the best #allvegan #saladbar in the world! And they just keep adding more delightful ingredients. You are completely spoiled for choice. I've had dozens of salads here and they are different each and every time. Often I will even bring them home and add a few ingredients that I already have on hand. Today's salad I choose #beetroot and #jicama , roasted #cauliflower, a tahini #kale, broccoli with pesto and carrot lox! Delicious as always and with taxes about $6. Alchemy salad bar is NEXT LEVEL I just love the range and variety of flavours, textures and yumminess. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been over the years and it’s never scored less than a 100% 💕

Been far too long without a salad from here. I choose green papaya salad, sunflower rawmesan, pink sauerkraut, coconut egg salad and avocado . My favorite is to forgo the dressing for an additional topping. The avocado was particularly yummy today. The salad wasn't enough to fill me up so I ate the waffle bar afterwards 😂

Huge bowl of goodness. Fresh and marinated salads, fermented elements like kimchi, roasted sea weed, cauliflower rice etc. Together with a creamy dressing, this makes the perfect healthy and filling lunch.
