Saag Lentil Dhal

This was on a buy 1, get 1 free Ubereats deal... I was very pleasantly surprised how delicious this was. I expected a boring lentil dish but it was full of flavour. I'd prefer fluffy white rice with something like this but the basmati was good.

So one of my usual restaurants has some new options so I tried this one. Quite a pleasant surprise as this is not that common and I usually only get this when I visit my parents. It's not vegan by default but they have the clear option available to veganise it. #capetown #southafrica
