Happy Weekends! I am so glad the week is over as it has been pretty exhausting. As a form of de-stress, I usually love to make my own vegan brunch (aka avocado toasts!). Featuring one of the best pairing for avocadoes - Cedele's Rye Sourdough. The acidity for this is abit higher than their wholewheat sourdough. It is slightly more chewy in my opinion and really good to pair with a more savory topping such as vegan cheese/vegan ham or even vegan kimchi/pickles in my opinion. The size that is also good for making bruchettas or mini open face sandwiches for party appetizer ideas( hopefully something to look forward to in future when COVID situation is much better!)
