This mushroom swiss burger with a side of beet hummus and veggie sticks (carrots & celery)...VEGAN YUM!! I believe the burger patty has black beans, walnuts, maybe mushrooms; for sure it is homemade good and not like a higher processed Impossible or Beyond Meat Burger.
The food is great at Rutabagas Comfort Food, but the founding local people behind this restaurant is the selling point to come back again and again with generous support! With a brick-and-mortar building location and a mobile food truck, this business is seen everywhere in Lincoln Nebraska feeding the community vegan comfort food which is received well by non vegans and vegans alike!
