Buffalo soy curls, ranch dressing and macaroni and cheese...VEGAN YUM!! I can sometimes turn this into two meals easily, but if I'm hungry and in need of calories, this is my great way of doing it! The food is great at Rutabagas Comfort Food, but the founding local people behind this restaurant is the selling point to come back again and again with generous support! With a brick-and-mortar building location and a mobile food truck, this business is seen everywhere in Lincoln Nebraska feeding the community vegan comfort food which is received well by non vegans and vegans alike!
