Rote Beete Wrap mit Karotten-"Lachs"/Beet wrap with carrot "salmon"

the red beet wrap is filled with carrot "salmon", potato and parsnip mash, cracker crunch and Cashew cream (raw & fermented). it's served with a big salad (green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, radish). i didn't like this dish for i can't stand salmon-like food. the rest of the wrap filling was nice tho. my companion enjoyed it - even though he said it didn't resemble Salmon too much - and gives the dish 4 stars. price of 15€ is a bit too much in my opinion. #carrotsalmon #salmon #veganwrap #glutenfreeveganrestaurant #veganinberlin #vegangermany
