Rosehip Sauce, Yeast Dumpling, Root Vegetables, Seitan

A sublime main course - a really generous and filling portion, the dumpling was so bjg and satisfying and soft, the seitan was perfectly cooked, and the rosehip sauce had such a lovely flavour profile.
