Rose, Cardamom & Pistachio Cake

I had a slice of this awesome looking cake to take away and they popped it in a box with some berries. A lovely touch it thought. The cake was light and moist, at first you tasted cardamon then pistachio when you bit into one of the soft nuts. When you had a bit of icing it was like you had a mouth full of rose petals - wonderful.
