Another day, another Roots bowl. The Corner Cobb is one of my favorites. This bowl
has a Arcadian lettuce base mixed with a small scoop of purple rice. It's then topped with charred corn, sweet potato, cabbage, cucumber, #avocado and crunchy pita chips. I absolutely love this healthy cilantro and lime dressing as well. This bowl came with the miso tofu, which I think was good, but the BBQ pairs better with this bowl. This large serving was $12 as a $1 was taken off due to the fact that I swapped the chicken for #Tofu. This also comes with an egg, but I had that removed and added more sweet potato!
