I love me a lemon cake/muffin. It’s my favourite type of cake, add blueberries and

you’ve smashed it out of the park! This muffin is wonderfully moist and the soft blueberry and tangy lemon compliment each other perfectly 😋
A tip at Roots, take time to eat in and cakes are served beautifully on slate with fresh fruits. Also the staff are lovely and the cafe is gorgeous in the sunshine 🤤 😋

This was lush. The muffin light and fluffy, the blueberries juicy and the lemon 🍋

flavour just right. Beautiful presented. This is destined to be a favourite.
