It’s a well known, yet, not very touristic location with the absolutely BREATHTAKING views over

the Kazbeg mountain.
The restaurant serves wide range of CLEARLY MARKED vegan dishes, including lobiani (traditional pie with the kidney beans filling), pkhali, served with ABSOLUTELY fantastic traditional CORN BREAD, salads.
The prices are moderately high for the country, tho, the portions are generous.
The hotel also suggests FREE buffet style breakfast with many vegan options, including hummus, selection of breads, cooked mushrooms, soup, nut milk and cereals + seasonal fruits, vegetables, pickles, nuts and seeds, dried fruits. I advise trying CHURCHKHELA (nuts coated in a thick and firm juice paste).
They also have an amazing and super rare local unfiltered ORGANIC wine, aged traditionally in qvervi (clay pot).
