Absolutely loved this dish! Everything we had was delicious. Went for Cleveland restaurant week so
was 3 course meal for $42. Well worth it. Out of each category 1 of 3 was vegan. The cabbage and noodles udon was my main course and I loved it. Very rich in flavor with the hoisin sauce and the chili oil. It wasn’t spicy per se but had a nice heat on the back end. Had some sautéed onions in there and the cutest baby beech brown mushrooms. And it was fun having the udon noodles, they held the sauce well, and they’re just fun to eat. Definitely recommend! 😋
