Rockin Vegan Migas

The vegan nom is a 100% vegan food truck! This taco had scrambled tofu, tortilla chips, cheese and tomatoes all inside a soft flour tortilla. I quite liked this! Not too spicy.

I love this breakfast taco. I always add the green sauce to it. Yummy.

These are one of my favorite tacos ever. It was a lot spicier than I remember it being, though, and the wait time is insane!!!
