Roasted Chicken Rice

Was told that the chicken was handmade and it was made out of soy. Appreciate how healthy this is but will still prefer tofu skin!

Overall a satisfying dish. The texture of chicken is soft, the spiciness of the chilli is just right for me. I like the fragrance of the rice, also the softness of the rice - reminds me of the Melacca chicken rice ball.
