Roasted Brussels

I love a good #brusselssprouts #appetizer! This one was very unique with roasted #fennel, #raisin gremolata, and #hazlenuts. The brussels sprouts themselves were very lightly roasted so were a bit chewy. Excellent crunch in there w hazelnuts. A little horseradish flavor. Yum!

Wow! Some of the best brussel sprouts I've ever had. There's so many flavors and textures that make this dish incredible.
