Roast Chik'n Gourmet Jackets

The chik'n was quite nice, interesting flavour and texture. Makes for a decent lunch! I thought it could do with a bit more sauce and flavour, but this probably works well for someone looking for a subtly flavoured dish. Their other gourmet jacket options look good too.
