At first I thought it was pretty liquid for a risotto but ended up being very good ! Topped with squash and shiitake mushrooms #risotto

First time at this vegan restaurant! This was so #flavoruful, the mushrooms were amazing and came with some vegan cheese. I'm not even sure of all the flavors 🙈 #veganisnotscary
