Rigatoni al Forno

On my trip to the Rhön mountains in middle Germany I discovered this amazing pizzeria, which offers a bunch of veganized Italian meals and you don't even really recognise most of them vegan. This Rigatoni was the best I ate in a while. #veganisnotscary 2/90
