Vegan Amatriciana

Una ottima pasta, simile come sapore a quella di carne, il loro formaggio veg è davvero buono e saporito e tutto si mescola bene in questo piatto. Preferisco la carbonara veg ma anche questa merita, sopratutto per gli amanti del pomodoro.

I got the vegan amatriciana and it was honestly very good. I believe they used seitan strips instead of the original meat and they were perfectly seasoned. The tomato sauce blended very well with the vegan parmigiano on top. For dessert I ordered a normal chocolate dessert with a caramel sauce on top and granules of nuts. It was very moist and good😊

Amatriciana vegana, molto buona. Il seitan rimane croccante nonostante il sugo, superate le aspettative!

Exquisite, it is the closest thing to my grandpa's amatriciana. Totally recommended
