Extremely original, high in protein and fat. The base was layered in vegan mayo and
topped with cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, marinated tofu, arugula, and more fresh lettuce.
I think the mayo layer was too generous and it made the pizza so heavy.
Not my favourite combination, to be honest.
Waiting staff is always lovely.
