That coconut-based fake egg had me fooled when I opened the box up, but the
flavour was on a totally different level, rich and complex in a way that no real egg could be. By the way, a breakfast fry-up that doesn't use hash browns, mushroom, real egg, sausage (protein = two tempeh strips), or beans (chickpeas instead), is deserving of plaudits for imagination and creativity. #brekkie #veganegg
