That coconut-based fake egg had me fooled when I opened the box up, but the

flavour was on a totally different level, rich and complex in a way that no real egg could be. By the way, a breakfast fry-up that doesn't use hash browns, mushroom, real egg, sausage (protein = two tempeh strips), or beans (chickpeas instead), is deserving of plaudits for imagination and creativity. #brekkie #veganegg

This was a very filling dish indeed. Love the ‘egg’ bullseyes idea. Very creative.
Tomatoes

was well seasoned, the ‘bullseye’ had a nice crunch. Tasted a little like apom. The spinach and tofu mix was delish - nicely seasoned, much like the sweet potatoes. Tempeh was not too bad as well. For me, flavour wise overall it was an okay but I enjoyed the variety on the plate.
