Reuben Sandwich

I absolutely love Reubens (huge sauerkraut fan), and Veggie Galaxy’s is no different (it’s phenomenal, and frankly it might even be the best Reuben I’ve had)! The default is vegetarian, but you can make it vegan by subbing the cheese with some house vegan cheese sauce and going without Thousand Island Dressing! The Reuben also comes with a few side selections. I went with the cole slaw option (huge slaw fan as well) and absolutely loved it.
