Reuben Sandwich

Honestly one of the best #sandwich I've ever had. The #pesto combo with #sauerkraut and #avocado ...oh so yummy. It also features eggplant bacon. The portion was huge today, each half of the sandwich was almost a whole sandwich. So good ! #reubensandwich #bali

That was a hack of a sandwich. Filled with sauerkraut, caramelized eggplant, cheddar cheese spread and avo same as tomatoes. Wow! Nutricious, filling and a lot healthier than a regular plant burger. Thx #sayuri
