I love how they change their menus seasonally only using fresh ingredients and the attention and work is behind every plate.
There is always a crunchy component that I love.
The corns were super tasty and the cauliflower dish was to die for.

Perfectly cooked cauliflower. Loved that they used parts for the stalk in a different way,

that usuals would get discarded. They were battered and fried for crunch. Very creative.
