Red Wine Poach Peer

The red wine wasn’t very distinct and that pear is super fresh, goes really well with lime sorbet, my friend loved this tremendously! Another masterpiece by the chefs from Joie! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

this was so good too🥺 the pear was poached to perfection in my opinion, mostly pear flavour with a lingering red wine taste! was soft and juicy hehe. the lime sorbet was so refreshing:” tasted like lime juice heh. more on the icy side though like most sorbets!

You'll like this if you like pear. Red wine has no alcohol in it, child friendly

I’m not really a fan of poached pear so didn’t really care for this. But objectively, it was a pretty well done poached pear. #abillionlove

The pear tasted amazing! The poachin in red wine was done perfectly! However i wasnt a big fan of the ice cream but the pear 10/10!
