My partner and I used to drive across town regularly when Red Sparrow only had
its Collingwood location. We are thrilled to have a store closer to us now, in Prahran. Red Sparrow has a 100% vegan menu (I believe it was Melbourne’s first fully vegan pizzeria) and is truly delicious. I’m pretty picky when it comes to vegan cheese...but their vegan cheese is incredible. It melts and is creamy, but doesn’t have the slimy quality that a lot of vegan cheese has when it melts. I had the Bianca pizza tonight which is a delicious and indulgent mixture of garlic, thinly roasted potatoes, white sauce and leeks. Tonight I added ‘pepperoni’ which is deliciously salty and spiced and some artichokes...It was so.so.so.so.good. My partner literally never gets anything but their Pepperoni pizza and as per usual he loved it. My partner also got their ‘not wings’ in hot sauce, which he really enjoyed.
