Red Relish Cauliflower Couscous and Thai Green Curry

Super tasty. I loved the cous cous! It was so beautifully presented as well.

I got invited to a vegan tasting menu at Wish On Florida and it was a lovely dining experience. This was the first course and when I took my first bite of the cauliflower couscous, I could tell that that a lot of thought was put into the flavours of the dish. The thai green curry was also served alongside the couscous and it was divine. The veg was cooked to perfection and there were plenty of cashew nuts scattered around. 2nd course to be posted soon. #abillionturns3
