So rare to find vegan European food! The Red Chateau has a dedicated vegan menu
with things like garlic bread and Hungarian goulash! The owner grows much of her produce herself and it’s organic. She is conscious of minimizing waste and clearly takes pride in what she does. It was a beautiful, unique experience dining at her establishment. If only they were open on Mondays, we’d go back again. Everything had an earthy, home cooked flavour. And her mulled wine is perfect for a cold Ontario evening.
