Red Bean Min Chiang Kueh

The red bean paste in here is on the sweeter & oiler side, but red bean anything usually has my heart xD

Classic red bean paste mee chiang kueh~ Love the soft, slightly chewy pancake texture and the sweet & mostly smooth red bean filling!

Red bean paste is the smooth kind and is too sweet for me but the mee chiang kueh is nice, soft and chewy! :) Sold warm & fresh from the pan :) #veganisnotscary
