Rice with with veggies, shrooms, seaweed & peanuts piled on top. Not your typical Bimbimbap. The the key component in this dish is the magical coconut gravy that's chock full of flavour. @cherishfootprints eats this on a regular basis. 💜
This ain't your typical bimbimbap. They use some sort of coconut gravy and coconut rice (I think), there's no kimchi, no gochujang, it's non-spicy, and I love it! Chock full of fresh veggies and plant-based meat. Has them herbal rice vibes ya know what I'm sayin'? Highly recommended #veganuary
This is sooo delicious! Loved the crunchiness of the vegetables. The soy-based "meat" is nice and tender. And it has a creamy overall taste. Would definitely try this again. Thanks @cherishfootprints for recommending. 👍😊 #veganuary
This was a nice dish with yummy mock meat, seaweed and raw veggies. $6.80. But what was really strange is that there was no bibimbap chilli. I don't know if the dish normally doesn't have it or they forgot to put it. But it was too plain eating the rice with raw veggies. I had to add my own chilli sauce and chilli sesame oil to it. Also the name says red apple so I thought it may be red apple flavoured but it wasn't. I really liked the addition of seaweed, peanuts, and two kinds of mock meat regardless.
