You guessed it, this was another Vegandale treasure. Rebel Cheese has the most insane vegan
chz I’ve ever enjoyed. They utilize the same processes as the dairy industry, which I didn’t know much about, but they talked to us a bit about cave aging! This cup included brie, a tomato and herb fromage, and a colby jack I believe? Tomato, olive, grape, blackberry, fig, pickle, & crackers. Their shop in Austin, TX also has vegan deli & wine, I’m sure a full tasting experience would be such a pleasure :)
