Utterly gobsmacked at the quality of food here. There are five vegan dishes on the
menu and these potstickers stuffed with bamboo shoots, leeks, mushrooms and seasoned with gochugaru was one of them. I love that it’s such a delightful crisp on the outside. On its side? A tofu aioli that was the right parts creamy and umami. The vegan food here is not an after thought — it is deliberate, purposeful and dare I say sophisticated. And for that I will come back again and again and again.
