Truffle Cavatelli

This is the only main vegan dish there. They did it really went! Lovely creamy flavourful dish. Lots of mushrooms, especially truffle slices. The cavetelli pasta is also something different, a delightful chewy experience.

I love mushrooms, pasta and truffles and this has all 3! Really liked it and it felt good to eat a warm meal on a rainy day and besides I had a Wim Hof session just before ☃️❄️🧊 and all I wanted is warm comfort food! Thank you for the recommendation @amindfulmiao ☘️

kinnnndda pricey but they say that everything is homemade which is great!

I find this restaurant quite pricey for the portions provided. The cheese sauce was pretty alright— creamy and vegan buttery. Pasta was alright. Mushrooms seared on top were lovely. But not really a stellar dish imo

Raw Kitchen Bar does this super well. The pasta is shaped like little beans, it’s damn cute 🥰 plant-based cheese sauce, grilled mushrooms, black summer truffle, chives. Must try!
