
These vegan goat’s cheese rolls were crazy good. The cheese was made from just a few simple ingredients, with macadamia and cashew nuts as the base. It was creamy, nutty, and melted in the mouth. The mint sauce on the side paired beautifully and added a fresh contrast to the richness. A simple but really memorable dish.
